I got 95 free sms ONLY to my 8pax ONLY for being loyal for 8 FREAKING YEARS!
Come on Celcom, I has been with Maxis for less than 6 month and I already got thousands of free SMS to ALL Maxis number and they already give me RM100+ of free credit.
Kalau macam ni lah Celcom layan “so-called loyal customer” memang sedih lah. Penat ajelah Celcom buat iklan gedebung gedebang nak tarik customer Maxis masuk Celcom.
Walau macam mana pun aku still bersama Celcom dan aku harap bakal2 peneraju Celcom akan belajar dari syarikat lain macam mana nak layan pelanggan yang setia.. sob sob..

Bro, I’ve been the Xpax user for 6 years now. What I’m enjoying is more than that. It’s just a part of it. From what I remember, they have about 6 bonuses!. You can confirm it in their website too.
They have Birthday Bonus (my favorite!) with FREE calls for 7 days to ur 8pax, the FREE calls on Sunday, the every month bonus that’s according to ur usage, the bonus that u reload early before ur expiry, and this SMS loyalty bonus. Last one is what they called Surprise Bonus. I’ve had mine during raya when I reloaded RM30 and got RM10 free airtime.
I’m sure it’s far better from Maxis. Good for u to stay loyal to Celcom hehe =)
dude, gotta admit somehow there’s part of celcom’s rate is a bit expensive. example is sms rates to other operators is really killing me. lucky i was introduced to unoversity of x (UOX) by celcom which offers the cheapest rates for voice calls, video calls, sms and mms. if u r below 26 and want to use uox plan without having to buy a new number, then switch to maxis then switch back to celcom uox. i dunno why celcom doesn’t allow existing eligible celcom customers to jump to uox plan without having to buy new number.
